Scientists tell us that there is a huge connection between what we see with our eyes and what we experience on the inside.

That is why we it is wise to monitor what we feed our minds through our eyes by what we watch on TV, movies and on the internet.

We have to ask ourselves if what we are feeding our mind is actually helping us or hurting us inside.
