Is surgery always needed to improve eyesight?

Sometimes surgery is considered to be the only option to improve eyesight. But is that necessarily the only alternative?Many serious eye diseases can be prevented by early detection. Being aware of these problems could enable you to pay more attention to such things as your diet as well as modify your lifestyle and seek treatment to stop the advancement of these conditions.

Such a diet can improve coordination of the eye muscles as well.   
 
You can see why we say that having a regular program of eye exercises and maintaining a healthy, balanced diet can in the long term reduce the risk of problems that could eventually lead to having to make a decision about eye surgery.
